About our Webshop

All of our sales take place via email enquiries - all pricing will be on the item listing on our webshop. If the item is stated as available it is currently in stock and ready for purchase. Items will be held once payment has been made.

How it works

1. If you like the look of an item, select the quantity and click 'add to enquiry list'. If you're interesed in multiple items, please add them all and you can then submit your whole enquiry together.
2. Our sales team will send a pro forma invoice which includes any shipping costs, and be available to answer any queries you have.
3. Our invoices have our bank details on plus also a link to pay via card using Stripe.
4. Once paid we will organise shipping via the means discussed on the estimate.
5. We will be in contact with shipping details / tracking numbers.

Collection

This is preferred and can be done via appointment only. Please contact us and we can organise this with you. The pickup location is in central Milton Keynes.

Shipping

We can send the majority of equipment via Fedex / Parcel Force or pallet delivery. For multiple items we will collate them to find the best cost-effective shipping options available.

Reserving an item

Items will be reserved for 24 hours from invoice being sent, if payment hasn't been made the item will be available to others. Full payments only.

Demo / Testing

You are more than welcome to have a look at a product before purchasing, this is by far the best way. Please contact us to organise an appointment in Milton Keynes to view and look at the equipment. All items must be paid for in full before being taken.

Returns

All second-hand items are sold as described and listed.

Refunds

Once paid the sale is final.

• We encourage you to see / test before you buy, by appointment only we can show you the items in our warehouse in Milton Keynes
• All items are sold as seen and any issues / defects will be listed with pictures on the listing. However, if there’s something not right please let us know.
• Our friendly team can advise and give more information on items, but nothing is held until paid for in full.

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale of both new and used products ("Products") by [White Event Production Ltd] ("Seller") to consumers ("Buyer") in England, in compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other relevant laws. By purchasing any Product from the Seller, the Buyer agrees to these Terms.

1.2 Prices are as stated on the Seller's website or provided through other sales channels. The Seller reserves the right to change prices without notice.

2. Order Acceptance

2.1 Orders placed by the Buyer constitute an offer to purchase the Products according to these Terms.
2.2 The Seller reserves the right to accept or reject orders at its discretion. Acceptance occurs upon dispatch of the Products.

3. Payment

3.1 Payment is due at the time of placing the order unless otherwise agreed upon.
3.2 The Seller accepts various payment methods, as specified during the checkout process.

4. Delivery

4.1 The Seller will deliver the Products to the address provided by the Buyer.
4.2 Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors beyond the Seller's control.
4.3 Risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to the Buyer upon delivery.

5. Consumer Rights

5.1 The Buyer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
5.2 If the Buyer cancels the order, they must return the Products to the Seller in their original condition and packaging, at the Buyer's expense.
5.3 The Seller will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned Products, excluding any delivery charges.

6. Warranty for New Products

6.1 New Products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, details of which are provided with the Product.
6.2 The Buyer should refer to the manufacturer's warranty terms for information on claims and remedies.

7. Warranty for Used Products

7.1 Used Products are sold "as is" without any express or implied warranty, unless otherwise stated.
7.2 The Seller does not guarantee the condition, performance, or suitability of used Products for any particular purpose.

8. Liability

8.1 The Seller's liability for any breach of these Terms or for defective Products is limited to the purchase price of the affected Products.
8.2 The Seller is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of the Products.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
9.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms or the sale of Products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Amendments
